Operations Manager
Oversee daily operations across the company to ensure all residential and commercial remodeling activities run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. Manage project workflows from planning through completion to keep operations moving smoothly. Coordinate crew, subcontractors, materials, and inspections to keep each site operating efficiently. Uphold strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. Support strong communication between clients and field teams to deliver high-quality renovations.
Requirements: 24 months experience in the role or as a General Manager. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs/wk. Travel required throughout Texas.
