ATX Renovations is a woman-owned, family-operated, fully insured remodeling company with its office in Liberty Hill, Texas. We take on kitchen, bathroom, whole-home and commercial projects in Austin and the cities around it, and each city has its own permit process, neighborhoods and rules to plan around.

What stays the same
The same process in every city
Whatever the city, a project follows the same five steps: initial consultation, design, pre-construction, build, and a final walkthrough. The consultation is free and runs about 30 minutes, and we reply within one business day. Founder Gazi Kose is involved in every project, and you get a weekly check-in, documented change orders and material selections, and no billing for work you have not approved.
What changes from place to place is the paperwork. Permit departments, historic overlays, HOAs and utility districts each work differently, so we confirm the local requirements during pre-construction instead of assuming that a rule in one city applies in the next. Where an HOA is involved, we can help prepare the submission, but approval belongs to the HOA.
Our office is at 1775 County Rd 279, Suite A 101, in Liberty Hill, and we can usually meet you at your home for the first conversation, so you can show us the rooms you want to change before anything is drawn.
