The Founder
A remodel should feel personal before it feels transactional.
For over 15 years, Gazi Kose has worked hands-on in the remodeling industry, building spaces that are beautiful, functional and built to last. Most of his projects have come through referrals, which says a great deal about how he approaches the work.
After years of partnership experience, he founded ATX Renovations as a family-operated company where quality, communication and trust always come first.

Every home is treated with care, respect, and the same level of attention I would give my own family’s home.Gazi · Founder
How we work
Four principles guiding every project.
01
Listen first.
Every project starts with truly understanding how you live, what feels broken, and what matters most for the daily rhythm of the home.
02
Stay hands-on.
From first walkthrough to final detail, ATX is personally involved at every step. No project managers passing notes.
03
Solve, organize, finish.
Clean work, organized jobsites, sequenced trades, and projects delivered on time. Discipline is the luxury detail.
04
Treat every home like family.
The same care, respect, and patience we would give our own home, at every walkthrough, at every conversation.
