Residential remodeling covers the work that changes how a home looks, feels and functions: a kitchen that finally has room to cook, a bathroom that drains and ventilates properly, floors that run consistently from room to room. Our founder, Gazi Kose, brings 15+ years of hands-on remodeling experience and stays involved in every project.
You deal with one company from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. We coordinate the trades, order the materials and keep the schedule, so you are not managing a tile installer, a cabinet supplier and a plumber on your own.

Planning
One room now, more rooms later
Many projects begin with a single room and grow once the homeowner sees what a plan can accomplish. That is a sensible way to work, as long as the first room is planned with the others in mind. If you expect to redo the floors next year, we choose transitions and tile heights now so the later work meets the earlier work cleanly.
If you are weighing a few rooms together, we help you decide the order. Kitchens and bathrooms usually come first because they involve plumbing, electrical and waterproofing, and finishes in nearby rooms are easier to protect once the heavy work is done. Material choices shape both the look and the long-term performance of a remodel. We work with local and regional supplier partners listed on our site, including CRS Marble & Granite and Cambria for stone and quartz, Cabinetto for cabinetry, Ferguson for plumbing fixtures, FBS Appliance for appliances, Facets and Tri-Supply for finish and supply needs. You can see and compare materials before anything is ordered.
Every selection is written into the project plan. That keeps pricing and ordering accurate and gives you a clear record of what was chosen.
Permits and Trades
Permits, licensed trades and HOA rules
Whether a remodel needs a permit depends on the scope and on the city. Cosmetic work often does not, while moving plumbing, adding circuits or altering walls usually does. We confirm what applies to your project during pre-construction. Electrical and plumbing work is performed by licensed professionals.
If your neighborhood has an HOA, tell us early. We can help gather what a submission needs, but approval belongs to the HOA, not to us.

What is the difference between residential remodeling and a whole-home renovation?
Residential remodeling is the broad category and includes any single room or small group of rooms. A whole-home renovation is a larger project in which most or all of the house is planned together, with one design direction and one schedule.
Can you remodel just one room?
Yes. Many of our projects are a single kitchen or bathroom. We plan that room so it will also fit with any work you decide to do later.

We are based in Liberty Hill and serve Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Pflugerville and West Lake Hills, along with nearby communities.
How do I get started?

Can I stay in my house during the remodel?
Often yes for a single room, though you should expect noise and dust and some loss of use in the room being remodeled. We discuss what to expect for your project before work starts.
How do you handle changes after the work begins?
Changes are documented in writing as change orders with the scope, cost and schedule impact. We do not bill for a change until you approve it.
